Thank you for your interest in booking S.I.S (Sisters in Song)! We are excited to bring our music and inspiration to your event. To ensure a smooth booking process, please review our policy below: Booking and Payment Deposit and Retainer: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is required to secure the date and time of your event. This deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event date. Failure to complete payment on time may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at least 30 days before the event. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit all payments made. Group Cancellation: In the unlikely event that S.I.S (Sisters in Song) must cancel the booking, all payments, including the deposit, will be fully refunded. We will also make every effort to assist in finding a suitable replacement for your event. Rescheduling Rescheduling by Client: Requests to reschedule the event must be made in writing at least 30 days before the original event date. We will do our best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. The deposit may be transferred to the new date, but additional fees may apply. Rescheduling by Group: If S.I.S (Sisters in Song) needs to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a mutually agreeable new date.
